As long as it dry you’ll cause no problems transplanting.

When they dry, they slip out easier when they’re wet they slip out, but they rip the roots apart.

Personally, I wouldn’t top that plant not unless you wanna be veggin three months if it’s outside you might I don’t know your light schedule in your area & being from the uk it wouldn’t help if I did lol ok I could do the math however stoned rather not

Is simply there isn’t very much on the bottom, bottom to re grow much.

If you’ve a long cycle of light in your area then fair enough top it.

If not try some the low stress technique which is basically tying the tops down and letting the bottom & middle of the get bushy.

I use a much taller pot and bury it almost to the colydons. I'd put that in at least 15gal. It's gotta stay there for 4months to grow and bloom.

I would also not top the plant. It's outdoors so let it grow. If heights is of a concern, use LST to keep it in the space you want it in. Outdoors can give you pretty impressive yields.

I said how deep but now i see by the pic she's lost those colydons so plant within a inch of first set of leaf. That's what i'd do and get a large enough pot.
