They look a little over watered, letting the soil get almost completely dry before watering in a donut shape a few inches away, all the way around the seedling is a practice that encourages fast healthy root growth. Watering away from the root ball will help the plant to grow a good root structure because the plant will grow the roots out in search of water.
Most everyone tends to love their plants to death when starting out. Watering them every day, sometimes multiple times a day. This practice keeps the roots wet, keeping them from breathing air and growing the roots in search of water, causing root rot.
The color looks fine to me, they will green up when you start feeding them after they are big enough.

You think I should use nutes already? I was going to wait like a month when they start yellowing but I don't overwater I usually water every 1-2 days depending on the dryness

They don't look quite big enough yet, usually the dirt will feed them the first 5 to 6 weeks.

I grow indoors but wait for third node before I water at half strength. I use Ionic Grow and Bloom.

What ever works, just go slow on the nutes. You can always add more, but you can't unburn a lady.

Since you're not experienced I don't recommend topping. And you only wanna top the big autos. Idk if you can get the size you need out of soil. And autos outside stay small is what I've heard but have no personal experience.

I use one of the little medicine cups that come with canna punch drinks, 5ml p/gal light dose
10ml/gal med dose 15ml/gal heavy feeding. Each plant is different some will like heavy feeding some like nothing more than a light feeding or they start showing toxicities.
Less is more, a plant that is lightly under fed will still grow well, a plant that is over fed will have big problems.

That's pretty damn close to what I used to use before I ran a lot of air through my system.

Looks overwatered maybe, or could be too high humidity or heat stress.

You should water your plants until 20% of the amount of water you use in total runs out the bottom of the container and then you should not water them again until the soil is completely dry and the container feels light when picked up.
If they are outdoor plants in pots it is good to cover them in the rain and it is always good to mix in some type of porous stone like perlite into the soil when you transplant to airate the soil and help to keep the roots healthy by providing drainage.

Have you looked at the underside of the leaves with a microscope?
Could be mites, more likely overwatering because every pic your dirt looks wet, how often do you water them?
