Hey, got a couple of cuttings from a friend few weeks ago and now it's in flowering.

2 weeks in flowering the girl just dies, two in a row.

It seems the stem part little bit above the soil slowly rots. I have no idea what's going on, I put my plant into flowering 2 weeks after veg.

Anyone has any idea why?

Do a google search for "stem rot site:thcfarmer.com" and read some of the results to get familiar with what's going on and what can be done.

Without knowing more IMO you may need to get a handle on your watering but that could be due to low temp/low evaporation or high rh%. Can you tell us about your watering schedule.

Could also be pathogens in the soil. Was this the same soil?

Hey man, thanks for your reply.

It's winter here and it's very cold here right now. Temperature sometimes drops down to 58 when the light is off and when light is on it can go up to as high as 73. I water my plant once in 2 days. And my soil is pro-mix. The settings and soil was the same for my first plant which was about 2 months ago, except I didn't put it to flower as early as I did this time around. The plant is still quite small I would say, I have a taller plant that doesn't die with the same setting and soil and nutes.

Do you have any ideas? Thanks so much man.

Cold and no evap. Get a few seedling heat pads or something to get those temps up. IMO

The seedling mats can be expensive. I made myself an Electric Blanket Sandwich, worked a treat and covered a much larger area than the seedling mats, for the same cost roughly. Be sure to use sturdy contractors bags and seal the case well.
