I started 4 GG#4 auto seeds. Two are in 5 gal buckets and two in 2 gal buckets. It is now week 3 going into week 4 and they appear to be way too small . My set up is pretty basic in a 2x4 closet, 2 fans with a 2000 watt light at about 30 inches from plants. I recently added a small led to get to the less exposed areas under the new growth. Anyway, I started them in Fox Farm OF soil right after germination. I haven't added any nutes as some research says to wait til day 30. They look okay aside from the size. The tallest plants stand at 6 in tall and the smaller ones at about 4 inches. They officially sprouted on April 20th so that's when I started the clock. No apparent deficiencies to my knowledge they're just small.
Can anyone give some advice on what to do? Also, the seedbank I use is Growers Choice if that means anything. I personally have used them before and had ok success mostly due my own errors as it was my 1st grow.
I've never grown autos, but this may not be way off their normal growth rate.
Some things that may slow growth include low temperatures, over watering and under watering. These don't look over watered. Are you getting all the soil wet, each time you water? On the cloth pots, are the sides damp when you are done watering?
If temps are under 70 F, you may want to bring them up.
I'm growing autos from fast buds a strawberry pie and a gsc this is them both at 4 week sorry about the pics but urs look about right to me but I'm no expert

I appreciate the reply. The sides are not damp on the fabric pots after watering. I have been watering enough to keep the soil moist at a finger tip deep. So, instead of kind of saturating the soil Im watering multiple times a day.

Autos are smaller than photos. These are auto’s. The two in front are 30 days. The two in back are just over 3 weeks. Yours are pretty close to my 3 week olds.
i’m guessing that autos start off in their finishing pots so a much larger area for roots to get a good structure and solid base to grow from, as the plant grows above the soil the roots need to grow and be able to hold up itself, hence slower growth at first.
just my two cents..
