I have attached a photo of my Autoflower Super Lemon Haze. My question is where I have it circled in red is that an up-and-coming Bud site? I'm growing really good buds on this plant but what is in the middle of the red circle?

You're fine. That is a swollen calyx from the pre flower. You are correct though, this is an area where you would see a male pollen sac, but this is definitely female and not out of the ordinary.

One thing I do recommend, is when you cut off your leaves, like it looks like you have next to each branch, chop it all the way to the stem. Reason being, that is still going to pump water and with no leaf to feed, that water is going to sit at the end of the tip, if not drip a little, and all that being a wet, open wound on the plant can lead to mold or pathogens.
