I'm new to growing and VERY new to hydroponics. I've got 3 seedlings "growing" in a DWC system. I noticed this morning the roots on two of the plants are starting to shrivel up.... I've attached a photo of one of the afflicted plants. I'm praying it isn't root rot because I've been using hydroguard and oxygenating my water in the res with air pumps and air stones. Also, It wasn't a brown, smelly gunk. It just looks like they dried up. Any input/tips would be very, very appreciated. I really don't want to lose these 3 guys because I have had terrible luck with growing this last year. Thanks in advance, Please review my photo.

I feel for you brother. I would assume someone sold you on hydro because of the amazing results which is true IMO.
It looks like the plant is getting too much water. The rock wool is soaping wet which is probably part of your problem if not your whole problem.
If you are having poor results in hydro you might want to start to learn the plant in a more forgiving grow media. If you grow in soil for a few grow and move up to coco than hydro you are going to have a better understanding of the plant. Soil gives you a few days even a week to spot a problem. Coco will give you a day maybe two. Hydro is even a shorter period of forgiveness.

Your starter cube tells me it is soaked, which means your plant has developed root rot because it is staying wet 24/7= NO BUENO!

Believe me, I know first hand as I lost 4 straight grows for this very reason, though mine was not so easy to spot. I use4" net pots with starter cube surrounded by small stones and ~ 1/2" between the bottom of the net pot and the bottom of the starter cube. As good as that works for me I made the dumbass mistake of raising the water level too high. I did save 2 clones, but they only grew to 12".

You MIGHT be able to save these but highly unlikely. First gently squeze the excess solution out,. use paper towels to wick more until they are essentially dry> lower the water line ~ 1/2" below the net pot

No they don't

If you look closely you will see the old rotted roots in the background with lovely white roots establishing themselves
