I believe my temp and rh are alright being night 18c and day 24c and rh between 58-66%?

Yeah man that sounds almost perfect. I would keep the ppm the same until you get some more plant mass and just aim for 6 on the pH they don't love random. The roots will adjust it from there. Can't go wrong like that. Flush when your runoff is more than 250 ppm from where you started. If it keeps happening you're feeding too much.Should I continue to flush now or just go back to my nutrient mix ?
Tight nodes are a good thing and nobody likes a leggy plant but squashed into the pot by the light is also not good. I would raise it 6-12" or dim it. This will relieve some stress and let it spread out in a more healthy way.Ok thankyou so takeaways from this are to move my fans around.

The 2 most common mistakes a new grower makes is overfeeding and over-lighting. I'm not seeing anything that suggests that you're over-feeding your plants but I do think you're trying to drive your plants too hard with your light intensity. It's better to raise your light and allow your plants to grow up into it. Here's what I can tell you. Healthy roots grow quickly. There's no way I can tell you for sure if your roots have gone deep enough to rely 100% on the feed system. That's a call you will need to make.Ok I have made these tweaks I think I will send a pic soon of the update.
I have just fed them ro water with my mix ec was 1.1 ph was 6 I have then tested my runoff and the results were an ec of 1.0 and ph of 6.7 is this ok?
Also the pots they are in are already 25l pots I took the risk and transplanted straight from small seedlings pots to 25 l after roots had properly established I just was wondering when you think the roots will have grown enough to turn the auto bottom feed on?

One tip though ... you said you transplanted already but in the pictures I saw, it looked like the plants were way down deep inside the pot. Next time, use the whole pot except the last inch/2.5 cm. It appears yours are just over half full. I hope this doesn't become an issue for you at some point.
