overwatered and possibly needs a transplant, light a bit close?

What happened to the main stems that they are notched or almost cracked? Too much HST?

Absolutely I had plant ties with rubber on them that had some tension soon as I seen the notch I disabled them. Also yeah watering usually I have 60/40 coco perlite but this time I have 100% coco which is probably retaining more water than I’m used to. Not much drainage I will transplant this Friday into 5 gallons and light is 4 feet up so I can rule that out since it’s LED I don’t want that light stress. But I think you guys are right I’ll back off watering and transplant.
