Need to know more ..
How old ,any ferts yet[be specific] ,light % and distance, grow medium and watering practice.
Does look wet as mentioned and I see water standing in tray .
You're not leaving it in water are you ?

3 weeks old
No fert yet, planned for tomorrow
Light on for 20 hrs/day about 2 feet away
Not sure about medium or watering practice, we just spray them several times per day. I think my wife just ordered an automatic thing for the watering.

They looks small for 3 weeks as @steamroller said need more info, are you foliage spraying them in direct light?
How often do you water the pots fully?
What kind of light HID/HPS/LED and what wattage what type of soil are you using (medium) topsoil with perlite? Potting mix? And if so what brand?


What kind of seeds are they Photo/autos/ bagseed?
