Plus, I've never overdone it with water and the pot has several drainage holes. But I agree that plastic isn't the best material.
What I'll try is add new soil to this pot as there's still room in it, and see if it reacts well.

I wouldn't use anything less than a 3 gallon pot to flower even small autoflowers. I've seen a lot of suggestions, but it seems everyone missed the obvious ... that is until @MJmadscientist suggested new pots. If you were to up-pot your plants to either a 3 or 5 gallon fabric pot and use a high quality soil mix like Ocean Forest or Coast of Maine a lot of your issues would be solved.
