I would like to start growing for myself and would like to do it right.

Now, I do not have a closet available, nor do i have an available room. I do have space in a room for a grow tent/cab. I was thinking of getting the super closet deluxe but everyone says it is a waste of money and I can get much better equipment for that price. (also I have read a few bad reviews)

I would like an all in one setup and if that can be done in a grow tent(2' x 4' x 6.5') i would like to know how with maybe an easy to follow guide or something.

Also I would like to use a soil or soil-less medium and try organic once I am more experienced. so i guess all im looking for is some suggestions on what medium to use, and nutrients. If someone has a decent guide on feeding schedule and what to use feel free to make suggestions.

So basically if anyone has info simplified for complete beginners I would appreciate it.

Man, there is too much to tell you in one post.

I would recommend buying a decent book like Jorge Cervantes Grow Bible. It will explain each and every style of growing, with pictures and troubleshooting sections.

He also has a video that shows you how to build a "room inside a room" for growing in a situation like you have. Setp by step and really simple and works.

You can buy it pretty much everywhere they sell books.

Shaggy.... we were all in your position once (not knowing anything about growing)... what i did was a few hours or research per day and put my plan together. but if i had a question... it was usually specific about what element in my environment I was trying to create.... If you ask a question that shows respect for what this forum stands for (a hub of information compiled about every aspect of growing) People will answer you directly and quickly .... all of the information you are seeking is really at your fingertips.... take a little time to read some postings and journals... and your questions will always be answered, because they will be correctly asked.... Good LUCK...

Yo Shaggy085- like Dubwobble and growgrow said, there are many people here that will really help you out and answer questions on your quest to become a better grower, but they are not gonna do the work for you. Buy a book as previously suggested by Dub- the Jorge Cervantes one is a GREAT book that will carry you from not knowing anything to having a good understanding about what this hobby is all about. And then......*drumroll*.....start doing research on THIS site. READ the grow diaries to see grows from start to finish. Explore the threads in the Growing section. Read about peoples experiences with soil, hydro, coco, etc. Take notes on tricks and techniques some of the masters here have used. Research the topics on Grow tents, lights, nutrients, cracking seeds, etc. While you do this, always keep in mind how all this will relate to you and your eventual grow.
If you are as enthusiastic about growing as the rest of us here, it will not be a chore for you to spend some time on this site reading and learning a little everyday.

I'm not trying to be a dick, but your question is too vague. Educate yourself a bit more, get a bit more of a focused growing plan, and everyone here will be able to guide you more effectivly.

Good luck on your future here :)

Dude there is a lot of info on here and a lot of experienced farmers with some very intense set ups. I was rather overwhelmed at first. My advise to you is to read as many Grow FAQ's as you can then you'll have the info to base some of your decisions on. Then you wont be asking questions where the answers are already on this site. Most people around here are pretty cool and share any advise and experience. Good luck man!:bong-hits:

watch that whole video. it's on ebb and flow hydroponics though but it should help.

i'd go soil less if i were you and you dont want a hydroponic system and just use general hydroponics flora grow, micro and bloom it's easy to do that way IMO.

I never understood why that homie in " i grow chronic" always whispers in his videos, wonder if he is growing in his mothers basement and her and her friends are upstairs playing bridge.
