Actually, there are only six legs.
Daddy Longlegs (harvestmen spiders) aren't real spiders but more closely related to scorpions. They have 6 legs and the 4th pair in front are modified mouth parts. They don't have venom either. They rub their mouthparts on toxin producing glands on their belly, to ward off predators. They eat a lot of different things from insects to decomposing plant matter and bird droppings. Trippy little bugs.
This is what I have called "daddy long legs" all my life.

Indeed.. ours was because the pet store sold her too young. She wasn’t eating on her own. She basically never figured it out and she got to where she was difficult to force feed. :/ but the python is happy as can be. She is a big sweetie.. although she bit my wife once. XDShe's pretty. My niece had one given to her and it got near 4' before she had to give it away herself. All the ones I've come across have been very docile. Good pets, with a responsible person taking care of them.
Looks just like my next door neighbors dog. Total twins. I will have to get a pic
Some love making going on.
Must be that time of yr lol. I feel like I have to walk around the garden telling my bugs to FOCUS lolSome love making going on.
