Italian Beef. Cooked on a Pizazz Pizza Cooker no joke. old school but works. Spices are oregano, basil, tyme. Cheese is swiss......1 slice divided in 2 per sandwich.....Nice warm crust with a doughy center. Very fresh buns.

Having a few drinks on the deck with my wifey and fat black cat Ozzy n the fireflies most definitely have his attention but he’s an indoor only cat so he knows not to get off the chair or his mother will ground him

I saw someone had posted a cute pic of a deer, so don't hate me for this. I had this pot of venison chili cooking all night so I decided to have some Bambi Chili for breakfast. %burp%

Used 1.5# elk roast cut, 1.5# stew cut and 1# grass fed Angus. The weaponized ingredients were cocoa powder and Foster's Lager. Like the tamborines and bells added in the background to a perfect melody.

Yes ... Someone else does the Cocoa powder! I do that too! Picked it up from a friend and her .. molé sauce !
