Im not good with sexing plants yet, I thought it was just new growth but it hasn't grown at all in a few days so now I'm wondering if its preflowers. Any help would be appreciated.

it looks like just new growth. i tried enlarging pic but saw no balls or hairs. u can google: cannabis male female and lots of pics are there to help when the time comes. hope that helps

Yeah it was new growth. I just looked, there are some pre flowers coming up.
