Problem Please Help Me

I can't figure it out what's goin on. This is a mother plant i kept a while in a 3 gal pot, I use soil and I feed with bottle organic nutes.

And this is a clone (don't remember if the plant above is the mom)transplanted in a 1.5 gal pot that is showing the same issue i guess; pH is 6.3 Please help me.
