problem with freshly rooted clone

I have this clone that was rooted in an areo cloner, really healthy roots about 6 inches long, i put her in a 1 gal pot of promix bx, i sprinkled in some mike o' rizey granular before i put her in i used veryy little, and i have been giving her strait ph water ph at 6.5 no nutes yet, and about 4 days later i started seeing this, its starting from the top so i flushed her, and the runoff was 6.8 ph and about 150 ppm i have her under 4 ft 8 bulb t5's the temp is 76 rh is around 50-55 %. if you need to know anything else just ask

give her food and stop spraying her with water it looks like she has some burn spots either from spraying or bug damage,also are you watering her to much??

i havent sprayed her with water that is where she got wet when i was flushing her that pic is taking after the flush
