ive been growning this girl scout cookie for abkut 3 mlnths and its still small all my other plants done been in veg and now in flowering and the cookie still in veg whats wrong

it has some spots at the bottom and feels a littlr dry

Could be she's she's slow vegger,depending on what gsc it is,if she's dry give her a drink!76

i put her in some fox farn dirt and water it with regular water

Flush it a couple times with 6.0 pH water make sure your humidity is 50% or more and your temps are not above 82. Then start feeding with a and b fertilizer 300 ish ppm

She looks very unhappy. If u have ogkb cut of gsc she is super slow veg but should be bigger than that after 3 months. It's not over water your plant would turn yellow and droop. It looks like it is needing some feeding not heavy though do light feeding gsc is a light eater.

Ya, that's not pretty at all… The over-fertilization and water issues are obvious, but i'm betting they are only symptoms of the real problem - cold roots. GSC is not a fan of the cold, and you've got plastic pots sitting directly on a basement floor.
I would suggest placing a section of styrofoam under your pot to provide a thermal break between your roots and that cold stone.

i had it in my veg i just put it in my flowering room it was in this before i took the pic
