Fuck yeah! You doin' wild levain/sourdough, or yeasted bread? I just did a wild levain loaf for the first time in MONTHS. I haven't lost my hard-earned touch. Now hubby wants challah. Hella challah! I need to practice the 6-strand braid in any event.
