Nah man, not legally. In the Netherlands you can't buy or sell cannabis clones. Coffeeshops only sell finished bud and maybe some accessories, not plants. Dutch law treats any part of the cannabis plant except seeds as prohibited under the Opium Act.

If you want Amnesia Haze or Lemon Haze genetics in Amsterdam your legal route is seeds. Few good shops with physical locations:

Royal Queen Seeds on Damstraat 46 near Dam Square. They got Amnesia Haze and Lemon Haze lines.

Amsterdam Seed Center on Gravenstraat 12 just off Dam Square. Big selection with lots of brands including the classic hazes.

Barney's Farm on Haarlemmerstraat. They're known for haze genetics too.

Just so you know about growing in NL - cultivation is technically illegal but up to 5 plants usually doesn't get prosecuted. Police can still take them though. Don't try to import plants or clones, that's definitely illegal.
