Clones as they came. Well rooted. Fairly large clones. No bugs or spots. All in all seem like very good clones. Ive always had extremely good luck with genetics and quality of clone and plant through Kaprikorn. I literally wait all year until spring to get new genetics from them. lmao

4/12/25 another week for the Purple Chrome has gone by. Theyve been in my veg tent. Theyve been getting nitrogen deficient over this week even with the attempt to top dress a bit.

Transplanted into 1 gallon pot today and amended the soil with dr earth 222 and 1 tsp of roots organics terp tea grow 711 and 1 tsp of roots organics microbe charge 212

Im realizing though that the ocean forest soil is already going to be enough for the plants and i didnt need to amend anything during transplant. i hope everything works out and they dont become nitrogen toxic.

4/24/25 i transplanted into 5 gallon pots which will be her final home i think.

I was going to do the make shift earth box but its on my deck and full of soil and too heavy and these plants are growing too quickly so i put 2 autos in the makeshift earth box for now.

I amended the soil with 15 ml dr earth 463, 15 ml dr earth 222 and 10 ml of Terp tea microbe charge

Roots are shooting out the pot.
Shes starting to fill out. ive been using some lst clips to break apical dominance.

Shes under the evo 3 at half power.
5 gallon pot of reused fox farms with dr earth 222 and 463.
Starting week 4 of veg since i recieved the clone and shes already over 2 feet tall.
i shouldve started training sooner but i still like how shes going so far.

purple chrome is getting fairly large. still bending over the tops. shes a very top heavy type of plant.

gave her some uprising foundation to hopefully help with the yellowing that i think may be a magnesium issue. but also gave her some flower booster because shes also expressing potassium deficiency.

the lights have been changed to 14/10 and will decrease it to 12/12 soon for flowering.

hoping shes not too tall. i moved other plants out of the tent so these ones can have enough space but i have the taller plants in the short tent and the shorter plants in the tall tent which is backwards now that i think about it.

Shes finally starting to green up again. I think it was a magnesium issue and it got solved with roots organics uprising foundation. Shes finally starting to pray again and staying a nice green color.

Switched to 12/12 on 5/27/25 so stay tuned for the stretch and bud phases to come in the next couple of months

6/1/25 Shes starting to stretch a bit. Not as much as the gelato in the tent but she is. Shes also very bushy within the canopy so i tried to clean that up a bit.

I also prepped the soil for the coming flowering period. I top dressed with terp tea grow because its faster acting and will be needed for the coming stretch. i also top dressed in dr earth bud and bloom flower girl which is a slower and longer acting organic nutrients which will last her for awhile into flower but wont be fully available for awhile but its important to think ahead with organic inputs.

Top dressed 15 ml of terp tea grow and terp tea microbe charge which equals out to 3 ml per gallon of soil and 60 ml of dr earth flower girl bud and bloom or technically 59.127 or 1/4 cup which equals out to 12 ml per gallon of soil.

Right on man looking good…can’t wait to see some buds develop. What’s you’re set up lookin like? I need to get something small going this winter. I hate having to wait till summer every year and I have too many seed I want to try.

Yeah i dont really like to mess with seeds that much because half the time you wont get anything actually worth while no matter how good of a grower you are. dont get me wrong i do love to play around with seeds every now and then but dont ever expect much.

but my set up is small. i have two tents that i use. one is a 32 inch by 32 in so just a little smaller than a 3x3 and i have a 300 watt mars hydro fce3000 that i normally have some ac infinity 16in ionbeam supplemental lighting

and then another tent that i normally use as my veg tent but i recently decided to use it as my flower tent, partially because im curious to see how a different light performs.

but its 2x3 tent thats meant to be one of those two in one tents so its supposed to have a separate sections with a divider in the middle that would make it a 2x2 main chamber with a 1x2 area for like clones but im using it just as a plain 2x3 and i have the ac infinity evo 3 thats 280 watts and i may put the ionbeam in there but im not sure if i notice much of a difference in yield when using them under the 300 watt. also 300 watts in a tent thats less than a 3x3 is pushing it in my experience. i rarely have to use it at full power and when i do it burns the plants even with higher humidity and airflow and temperature. so even though the ionbeams are only 40 watts total, they tend to produce alot of heat which is already an issue in a garage during summer time with 580 watts total running.

The ionbeams and others similar are great for clones and seedlings though. i can use them all the way to 1 gallon pots and a month or so of veg. could probably use longer but the area for that is very small.

so even though i run 2 tents, i only have 1 exhause set up, i plan to get a splitter soon so i can pull air from both tents and run it through 1 filter. i have the cloudline t6 which is a 6 inch exhaust.

i have pretty much a whole ac infinity set up that i pieced together with my old tents and equipment. i won the controller ai on a youtibe giveaway but was using the controller 69 pro before that. Im new to thw whole automation. i took a break from growing for like 3 years and came back to all this automation for home grows which is awesome but not needed.

so i have the controller, evo 3, ionbeam supplemental lighting, humidifier, exhaust, an oscillating and a non oscillating fan i can have all hooked up to the controller.

i also have a 3000 sq ft dehu that is magical and will control humidity even though the garage isnt sealed.

but right now what this plant is under is the controller ai+ and the evo 3 at half power with the cloudline t6 with the oscillating fan and a cheap clip fan and a small bladless fan on the floor.

any other questions feel free to ask. id love to get into the nitty gritty of it all

Thanks man, admittedly I’m a bit out of the loop when it comes to indoor…it’s been about 10 years since I ran anything inside and I also took the last 3 years off from growing outdoor, not really by choice. Looks like LEDs came a long way along with all the other tech.

My need for seeds got me back on the farm here just recently…feels like I’ve been living under a rock with all these new strains and equipment and stuff…but anyway, I may have some questions for you in the future when I start getting ready for a little indoor set up!

yeah ofcourse. id love to answer some questions in the future. Leds have definitely come a huge way just in the past 5 years.

its also nice because everything is starting to become decent priced so most people can afford actual quality equipment.

i mostly only do indoor. but i do a little outdoor on the balcony here and a couple years of experience with actual outdoor but only in pots but it was early on and i used 5 gallon pots which was a mistakr and then 10 and then 20 so it was a lesrning curve. but its easier to get more experience indoors because of more cycles per year
