I am close to harvesting an LSD strain and I'm noticing purple trichomes on the plant. Never seen this before and it seems to be pretty rare from what I can find. It's either in the stem of the trichrome or the head. Just wondering if anyone else has ever experienced this before and what the cause could be? The buds themselves are not purple. But there seem to clusters of them here and there when I check using a microscope.

It's an indoor grow using leds.

Not clickbait. I only had a loupe. Not sure how to get a pic using that. I ordered a microscope that came today and was able to get some pics. Uploading shortly.

Thanks! Very surprised at the sizes of these nugs. The main stalk buds are massive (imo lol)

Could those purple cells be the cells which becomes amber when trichome matures? It's rare, but I've seen this case related somewhere.
