Hey Team...,
Current run is Glueberry Auto's in week 5 of flower, all of the buds, calyx's, and sugars are completely purplish/deep reddish black and looking 100% healthy in optimum enviroment. My question is about trichome determination. It is almist impossible to determine clear, cloudy, and amber since the trikes are all a deep purple, is there a way to tell when they are 80%-20%.
.
You might have to just time it, go by other indicators. Pistils receding and calyx swelling is a sign of ripeness. Also the smell could increase. You could look at the shape of the trichomes to see if they are swollen and full. Also look to see if they are glassy or opaque.
