this method of growing is not working out for you.. we need to find a grower who can help you with rockwool..
my opinion is that it’s a terrible method to use anyways..
that plant is 3 weeks old and should be further along than that..
now they look stressed..

i agree plant should be way bigger at 3 week, maybe fdubs can help out he seems to know is stuff with this type of medium. other then that id recommend a potting soil.
