I’m puzzled as heck. My current grow is two Bruce Banner 3 photoperiod plants.
Veg went great, and it’s been flowering for 13 weeks. Pistils are 90% white but trichromes are clouding up with both plants. One plant has several buds with golden trichromes, you white pistils!
I hope someone can help!
Cheers
Tom

The plants look like they have some time to go. Don't go by the trichs on the sugar leaves, look at the trichs on the caylxes. The sugar leaf trichs amber up much sooner than the caylxes.

Some strains throw a honey color instead of amber. I read one note about Banner that mentioned the sugars turn early and pistils don't dry up as quick. So it's likely just genetic expression.

The pistils are irrelevant, look at the trichomes on the calyx and only those. Then you will be golden

Everyone-Thanks for taking the time to reply. I lowered the light intensity from +- 1,200 to 800 and lowered the temps. 75 day, 68-69 night. Good results .
Cut down on watering a little too. With the lower temps, evaporation slowed down and soil stayed wet longer.
Hey, can I dry these in my friends barn? Temps will range from 45-68.
