Question on light distance/ intensity

Hi, I don’t have any way to measure the light intensity for my closet grow and it’s my first time with this light. I have a spider farmer SF1000 100W led light and it’s currently 28 inches away from the top of the pots . Im doing autoflowers. Can anyone give me an educated guess on how far away I need that light and the power setting for seedling age? They are germinating now and will be ready in maybe 2 more days. Thank you.

i have one of these lights. I’ve used it for seedlings (currently), veg, and flower. Id start with it further away than closer, it’s a pretty powerful little light. But as others stated above, keep an eye on the plant. Stretching= needs more light.

I am gonna be honest it doesn’t look powerful but I’ll take your word ! Thank you. I do no want to stretch them.

No worries : ) yeah start at a comfortable distance and work your way up (or down in this case) when you are flowering out at single small/medium plant itll work. Thats when you’ll start cranking it up. Unless you have it further away. Those are the variables you get to play with in your grow space
