I wanted to ask, if someone have experiences with solar powerd light?

I m going to use 100 to 150 Watt solar, two converting boxes, one batterie for the beginning and 60 watt light. The rest of energy I will use for other electric things.

I've contemplated this because I live in a city run by a-holes who decided to make it a city ordinance prohibiting outdoor growing. I've been eyeballing a solar setup small enough to have an attractive price tag and large enough to power my 300w LED.
