Ok, need some help here, its raining/drizzling off and on today, i have plants that are 3 weeks into flower, and some that are 8 weeks into flower, its going to be fine correct? its not that bad of rain. help a brotha out here, lol

moisture on buds can cause rot/mold the plants at 3 weeks should be fine the ones at 8 weeks I would be doing everything in my power to keep them dry

if its the same tropical rain im getting here in baja norte enjoy it, it'll wash the dust, soot, and bug poop off

Yep..

If you're in so cal, they will be dry in no time... won't hurt em

Unbelievable that SoCal/northern Mexico is getting rain in September, yet Texas and that whole area is in the midst of one of the worst droughts on record. I haven't seen any satellite imagery, but I'd expect it was beautifully tropical, yes? I can *almost* smell it right now.

Have some H2O2 or OxiDate on hand as a rot preventative, if you see *anything* that looks like it may be going be ready to remove the affected area (treat it like cancer, cut out around the rotted bits or it could spread) and then apply the OxiDate/H2O2. This isn't a guarantee, but it can help prevent a total loss, especially of those top notch top cola buds, which are not only always the prettiest but seem to always be the buds most likely to be lost to crap like this.

This needs to be done carefully, but shaking the buds out after the rain can also prevent moisture from ending up sitting in them. I'm not looking forward to this task later this season. We've got about 6 weeks left, expect harvest mid-October. I ALWAYS get rain before harvest at least once, but it's usually more often.

the world is ending

I live in southern cali and yesterday i woke up to FUCKIN RAIN! i have blackwaters and some kushes 3 weeks away from harvest! karma?
well the good news is the i grow on my roof and i get lots of wind, and also i have some plant shield handy to fight mildew and other molds. my adivise to others that are in the same dillemma is just too keep a eye out on them, if u have to, get a fan and give them some wind. thc is capable of with standing water so no worries about it getting washed away by the rain.
anyways the world is ending soon, so gather up your loved ones and tell them how much u love them. make love to your lover(s), and while doing all that, smoke your herb

represent the tijuana herb! its funny how people assume that mexico has bad weed because of the shwag we get in cali (even tho a great portion of that comes from canada, A) the only thing dividing mexico and the us is a big boarder (that kills innocent people and nature) the climate in Baja cali is the same as southern to central cali, which means dank herb! MAD LOVE TO THE NEIGHBORS TO THE SOUTH!

Hatin this weather to humid out. My plants are 3 weeks from harvest and they are lovin the rain. Just have to go out and shake the shit out of them after the short rain showers. Is it safe to use green cure this late in flower?

From what I understand its not so much the rain that you need to worry about. Its going from wet and chilly to dry and hot in a short period of time. If you give em a good shake after the rain then make sure they transition well you will probably be fine.

I'm one of the rare people who'll tell you that it's safe, but will leave a taste. A slightly soapy taste is what I get from it.

I like OxiDate, but it does break down into water. Check out this page (I think it was Mr. Baba G who just posted this, I'm keeping it up as I read through our collective problems), there may be a good answer for you here: http://www.extremelygreen.com/pestcontrolguide.cfm

Oxidate is good shit - won't leave a weird taste, and is 100% safe to use. Stylet oil can also work well too.
