Lol let me know where u will. Be selling for that I will be with ya. HeheThanks to the State of Washington selling meds[recereational cannabis] at $25.00 to $30.00 a GRAM; I have decided to raise my price to $700.00 an ounce. I should be able to break even selling 'C' bud, with no crystals, and effect fairly soon.
Kidding of course, but this does seem a little ridiculous. I sure hope Oregon does not go down this same road.
The way the current intiative is written the OLCC is in charge of the new system. There are rules already established, but I imagine they can make 'changes' as they see fit. I just hope they are watching the mess as it unfolds in Washington. If the OLCC get a hold of it we will be screwed
So instead of having 6 mature plants per card holder, the law will change to 4 mature plants per location?!?I think a mature plant is defined as a plant that is 12"x12". Can't imagine any cop who comes knocking is going to be enforcing that.
Thanks for correcting me. I found out after I posted that I was incorrect in my earlier assesment. It is important for medical marijuana patients to note that Measure 91, when passed, will not change nor effect the current medical marijuana law in Oregon. Measure 91 taxes will not be charged for people with an Oregon medical marijuana permit. - See more at:
