Strain is Clementine
10 weeks since flip to 12/12, 8 since first pistils.
Looked at it with a scope and sugar leaves have ~40 percent amber.
The calyxs don't seem to have much if any amber showing yet.

Any insight would be much appreciated!

Looks great. All
Depends on your preference. I pull when I see cloudy, with a splash of amber. Great first grow.

Anytime now. I would probably flush real good and harvest when they get thirsty

I'm going for more energetic, so from what I've read I'll pull em as soon as some amber pops up! Just wanna make sure I don't harvest too early.

Perfect. Yes cloudy with a splash of amber will getcha a more energetic high. Doesn’t look early to me @ 10 weeks I’d prolly chop, but that’s me.

Have u been flushing at all?

I've been giving it just water for about the past week (un Ph'd from the start... I know lazy).
As far as nutes go I only ever gave it manure, so I shouldn't have too much to flush out.

In that case I would just harvest when it gets almost bone dry.

I watered yesterday, so when the soil is bone dry?
And is there any merit in leaving the plant in 48 hrs of darkness?
I heard doing that might increase trichomes.
I've also heard someone on here boils their roots, but that's too much for me lol.

I flush my medium for a week before harvest with colder pHed water. It’s a controversial subject to say the least. Here’s an article.
As for 48 hours of darkness. Most people do it. Watch for humidity spikes in that 48 hours if you do it. I chop an hour after lights on.
