Recommend me a water filter plz (Dumping my RO)

I'm looking for a new water filter. I currently have an RO and am going to replace it for a few reasons: GPH is low, RO filters so much that I need calmag, and RO's waste is a little much.

I'm just looking for a nice standard simple filter (not a brita/pur/zero). Connection type doesn't matter to me (undersink/sink/outside).

My tap water is 400-500ppm and 7.8 Ph... looking for something to remove all the chlorine (and other excess).

Small boy is the way to go if you have a medium to small sized Grow-- Mc-AO

Ive got one and its perfect. Only a lil over 100$. Filters a shit load of H2o before u need to change the filters out.

Got the small boy finally, and I can't complain at the speed or ease of installation whatsoever.

Question (after the statement):
I haven't used my PPM meter since it broke about 6 months ago... what kind of PPM reduction have you seen from your Small Boy filters?

I rock out a tall boy, doesnt lower my ppms drastically but seriously improves clarity and taste of agua! FWIW....

Too Funny! Hey I 've been using a Small Boy for about a year now, just did my first filter change. It lowers my ppms down to about 50 or so. I love it! I avoided the R.O. due to the waste water issue.
