Here's that BBC Wailers RE-broadcast:The Deadhead Taper file I have of that Marley BBC broadcast
is different that the uTube I posted above;
it's a rebroadcast, and it's much longer,
and some of the songs are done twice;
here's how it starts:
"...it was actually recorded on the 24th of May way back in 1973, it's only ever been broadcast once and that was on the 23rd of June in 1973, a concert by The Wailers. This is quite unique actually because the broadcast that was done on the 23rd of June in 1973, it was all edited down to a 30 minute section because they were just one of the acts on the bill as you know the program was just an hour long and normally incorporates two people and, of course, The Wailers at that particular time were not that big but we've; along with a lot of help from various people including a lot of digging by Mr. Jeff Griffin, we found all the numbers that actually incorporated the whole of their performance and it lasts for 50 minutes and this is how Pete Drummond introduced The Wailers on the 23 of June, 1973 on Radio One"...
...I'll eventually find a parking spot I can upload it to,
where it can be accessible;
after harvest, ah,
after trimming, ah;
that seems to full time these days--
hummm...

I don't know how many of these got into circulation;
for some the only folks who got 'em were ones that liked 'em here,
and I burned them CD's but they weren't tape traders;
if there's better copies out there or if any of these are "defective"--
tell me an' I'll replace 'em with something else...

Awesome!!!thanks man these all ones you put in dropbox sound like soundboard quality to me, or a good taper with really good Nakamichi microphones! does it say on your source if they are SBD or AUDience? They sound fantastic. Thanks for sharing. I am always looking for old concert reggae on http://db.etree.org, https://archive.org/details/audio, and BitTorrent for stuff like this and it is hardly ever there.
Here is a decent AUD recording from the Wailers in Milan 1980 from https://archive.org/details/BobMarleyAndTheWailersLiveInMilanItalyJune271980 but the AUDience source is not super high quality. But still OK quality. Sometimes it is cool to hear the audience as well as the music direct from SoundBoarD.
Much thanks for sharing these geo, the recordings you resource are great, hard to find them unless you have good trader/taper friends :)
here are the only other live recordings on archive.org
