Plants should be way bigger. You might be over watering and light might be to far away.

was veggin under 2foot 4bulb t5. just today made the move to 250w. will flower under 600wPlants should be way bigger. You might be over watering and light might be to far away.

Just pass that 250 and veg and flower with the 600. Your plants will be beefier and stronger producing a higher yeild

Agreed, a 250 is just going to slow ya down. Pump them with the 6 hundo and you will see a lot more strength and structure before flower.
