Yo oregonmeds you can get kick ass regen blowers from sweetwater from aquaticeco.com for about 400. The thing will do up to 400 fish tanks or aerate 3 to 4 acre ponds. Probably not as quiet as the diaphragm pump dd uses though.

Thanks, that's a hell of a price for a sweetwater blower. But if you can afford that, you can afford to do dd's system, dd's is far quieter like you said and looks far more promising anyway. Both need about the same level of investment anyway,

Please remember guys that a 400 watt and a 600 watt does not equal a 1000 watt bulb. It is the intensity from the 1000 watt bulb that really jumps up your yield. You can do well (8 - 10 ounces) from 3 600;s around 1 plant but why would you waste your time. Running 3 x 1000 only costs a little more for electric but will give you lots more yield.

heck.. why not get the new 1500 watt bulbs and ballast.. cuz 1000 watts won't get as much as the 1500s

Those 1500s are sick!!!!!!!!!!!! I would love to see someone do a tree grow with some of those. I got wood just thinking about it. :evilgrin
