Root aphids need help with extermination

I found root aphids. I brought them home from work and from scouting I’m 90% positive that’s what I have in my soil and my plants are suffering. Any help on getting rid of them

I have tried neem oil for 7 days now and I don’t think it’s doing the trick

What makes you say root aphids? Have you caught one on a trap and scoped it? If it is root aphids you can water with a hydrogen peroxide solution to help kill them in the soil. The curling leaves could mean something else, are you SURE it's aphids?

We’ll I saw the bugs in there I ordered a new microscope but until then. I know at my job we have root aphids and I saw the bugs in my soil
