Hey everyone I’m a first time grower and was doing really well until today I noticed a foul odor coming from the plant like a rotten egg odor can any one give me some advice on this? Thanks

I was thinking maybe you was in organic.thinking the bacteria breaking down and releasing gas..what are the amendments ..

Oh ok.just 444 fertilizer. Is that a good or bad thing and how long does it last and should I get rid of the plant and start over i just flipped to flower

I dunno bro but i guess its the fertilizer...is it that bad lol..i might ph a friend he might know .got any pics of the plant.. @tomatoesarecooltoo

Lol the carbon filter was helping but it was pretty strong when i opened the tent but I’ll wait it out and see how it is in the morning

Organics are stinky, especially animal based organics. Check the ingredients on your amendments, I bet you will find things like bone meals, guanos and manures, fish stuff etc all things that smell horrible and work great.

Down to earth vegan blend is a good plant based dry amendment, its a 3,2,2 and doesn’t really smell. I use that in the yard so my dogs don’t want to eat the stinky dirt.
