Here's the ballasts for em I think

You definately need the gavita 400v ballast or they don't work right

im running my de 1000 on my econowing and a lumatek 1000

So begins the long awaited debate over amount of efficiency lost by driving this bulb with a 250 v version 400 v lamp signal. Personally I have a gavita up next to a digimax de sunlight setup. I personally like the sunlight hood light pattern. Course I'm not burning 30 in a warehouse. I think that's where gavitas really shine. There built to hang high and fill in each others light. Oh yea. I Don't have a lux meter so purely subjective on light observations. Maybe someone can do a side by side of gavitas vs. wannabe double ended stuff. I'll volunteer if gavita wants to sponsor me. Wait, maybe I'm setting my sites to low. If ePap wants to sponser me than where talking. Hum how about some aptis love as well. Peace
