Good morning farmers

I just flipped my first indoor grow 5 days ago. I'm growing in a tent (5.9'x5.9'x6.9'), with a SCROG set up. I've been training these girls since the beginning. I don't want to outgrow my tent and I'm not familiar with these strains. If you were in this situation, at which point would you stop training (for height) and just let them run? My plants are roughly 32-36" trained to a height of 16 inches (SCROG Net height). I have roughly 20-22" above the net before I believe I would run out of room for minimum light distance with the light raised to its highest point. I'm calculating a light distance of 16" since I'm using a 1000w HPS. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Additionally, both strains are said to stretch 100-200%. I'm not sure if that equates to continued tucking throughout stretch over the next couple of weeks, or let them grow moving forward.

Since I'm unsure, I"ll just keep tucking when I can. Pics are from this morning.
