Bought a bag of soil from a local grow shop called Scott's mix #4. It's supposed to be made by nectar of the gods but has no lettering on a completely white bag. With the amendments listed at the shop it seems like something between a bag of roots organic and a fully amended supersoil. Given that Its from Oregon I was hoping that someone from there who may have used it could give me some info on it. Have used roots as a base soil for a tlo soil mix but have read about problems with roots and was thinking about using this instead. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry Mass never heard of it. I even did a google search and couldn't find anything about it. I have used quite a few different soils for my TLO mix and have never noticed a huge difference, but I have had some issues with the Roots line. Let us know how it does for you.

Good luck

Sorry friend, don't know about Scott's but I am curious to hear what you know about these problems with roots organic? Anywhere I can go to read about it?
