Scrog grow with 150 watt hps

I was wondering more about scrog grow like exact measurements for the screen and a very detailed description on how to exactly do this. since im running a 150 watt hps i can really only do two right? <this is only until i can invest in some better lighting> i want to double my yeild my last plant i got a half o of but i veg it 3.5 weeks. Any ideas or thoughts?:boogie:

the size of your scrog would be best to be kept within the distance of your optimal lighting area.
