Only have until tomorrow night to figure out if I'm going to stake or put a net up or 2 nets. Never put a net up, and don't want to waste 3+hrs of time if it doesn't work and I have to stake them when they get bigger. The net is 5x15. Room is 8x12 offset 2' from center.

I can raise the lower right section under the hood to even the canopy. The front left to right 4 will only stretch about 1' max. All others about 7" higher. I will be taking off all lower garbage, and only top colas or something that looks like it's worth it to grow only.

Pics from tonight
3rd pic, those 3.7 gal pots will not be in the net. Those will he staked.

I can secure hooks to the wall studs
I've been using stakes for over 4 yrs. Looking for an easier way to support things.

By the pics of the room, how much higher would i need to put the net above the tops? Then the 2nd net goes up about 3 weeks after the stretch is done?

I stake mine if you put the stakes in as you transplant there's not much root damage I tried trellis last grow was ok but very hard to treat your plants if something goes wrong anyway here's a pic of my NL@7 weeks flower staked and some garden tie around the midsection of the stakes . Good luck

Gonna give a net a try tonight and see what happens. If it works, I'll put another net above that after the stretch is over. If the 1st net doesn't work out, gonna stake them up.

I own more stakes than Microsoft has in their company.

Scrog 2 layers! First one on at flip then i put second layer 12-18" above first layer depending on desired plant size and canopy depth. I have had way more colas since i joined scrog club. Do it right and you want have to tie a branch up the whole grow.

I'll snap a few pics tonight. Since my room is offset, I'll put a couple stakes in the outer pots to support the nets. Or I'll run some string to the other side of the room. I'll just have to duck even more when it comes to watering.

This is what I have so far

I'll clean up the lowers in a few days. Waiting for room in the cloner. In a week they should start stretching enough for me to start putting them.in their holes. I'm guessing. I may also toss in the 4 side pots (3.7gal) under the remaining overhanging side netting if I have walk room.

I'll put some milk crates or cinder blocks on the shorter ones to help with the height difference.

Took all of 20 mins so far, vs 3+hrs staking the same 12 plants under the lights.

I have a diy watering wand secured to a 2.5gal watering can I use. I'm 6'1 and long limbs. And I'm already used to ducking in my flower room. Especially after week 6.

Never ever scrog.
Lst with sticks and spread out your lights. Lights are too close together. If those are xxx's they are capable of 5x5 at 30-36" off canopy

With soil, I prefer stakes. It's one of the pros of soil imo.

I've used that netting exactly as you have it pictured and if I could do stakes instead...I would.

Did you just flip?
