My first two guesses are too much light and/or over-watered. What media? What light, how far from plant? How much water, how often? Photo or auto?

I would say yes the light way to much.
That seedling is only thinking one thing, gets it roots set,(growing). Soil should be "damp" not soaked. Think light fluff soil, wet heavy soil can impead hardy root growth.
Trun the light down lower the light close enough not to brunt or heat to leaves, and a little air movement. And watch and see what happens

Yes turn it way down man, 25 watts and see how they do, a little stretch won't hurt.
Less light, and more water, but LESS often than you think is the key bud

I start seedlings under a 2-foot T5. I'd move the light up to 50 cm (guessing) and dim it to 25%. See how the seedling responds.

Never check soil ph again, it's completely pointless. You will thank me later

Okay guys really thanks you all so much... How much time do you think they will need to come back to normal after the adjustments

They need a few days to a week to adjust and dig into the soil. Water gently to not uproot as they try and root. Stay calm it's a slow go in the beginning till they get their footings.

If your going to go veg on 18/6 then do so
if you intend to veg on 24/0 then don’t

You get more root growth with 18/6 & more veg growth on 24/0 it’s your preference
