I'm new here. Something is eating the upper leaves on my plant. Not sure how to identify what it is.

To begin, I'd cut off those leaves and throw them in the trash. Look at one under magnification to see if you can identify the insect. Even if you can't, a good spraying would be the best thing to do. I use AgroMagen GrowSafe, but there are other possibilities. There are folks here who are better with insects than I am.

I’d say most likely slugs or catapillars doing damage like that probably the latter, or inchworms,

top center leaf appears to have a bug on it. maybe aphid? i would try to see if there are any bugs on the underside of the leaves.

me as a new grower myself want to save all but the problem this early will carry forward rather than b a mad scientist all over the place I would restart
