They are stretching for light. Use a tooth pick or straw to support that stem and put more light on her!

You do know how to tell a male from a female? Run them you may be surprised at what you get.

Hey guys so here they are now. But I'm having a issue with the leaves curling like a canoe downwards. Is that a sign of overwatering? Or excessive nitrogen

overwatering. big pot and little plant there, so it will take a few days to dry out. roots need air which they cant get if soil is always soaked. next time, start in smaller pot/cup, and move to larger containers so you can water properly

Ok thank you it started this in the solo cup but roots were coming thru bottom so I transplanted them into that pot yesterday. Trying to get right amount of water down. Everything I've read says water till it comes out bottom with 20% run off but as soon as I start watering it come out the bottom then the top and middle are still dry so I'll water till the top is a little wet. Any tips on that?

Its ok if roots reach the bottom, they need to establish themselves. Search "root porn" and you'll see what you can really do in a pot without harming anything. Good rule of thumb to water until runoff, but in your pot thats irrelevent because its so large. Just need to make sure the roots get water, so just water the middle of it for the next week or so

Your overwatering, the root system has not fully developed and water is pooling in your grow bag, allso you want your leaves pointing up to the light not shying away from it, I would leave it alone and let it do it's thing.

Yeah, let it dry out. Get yourself a soil moisture meter if need be. If the top inch of soil is dry you have no idea how moist the rest of the medium is. Either dig 2-3 inches+ deep along the side of the pot or get a meter.

I learned by pointing the moisture probe 3/4 the way down the pot. If it read dry down there it was time to water.

The pot is almost “alarmingly” light and another day or less will wilt the plant.

And yes i have wilted a few waiting. They perked right up after watering anyway.

In the language of my people of sunny so cal, SI. Learn the weight of the pot. When it needs water you'll know just by lifting.

I drug this girl

back and forth to the garage every night for a couple weeks and then back out at 9am to make sure she didn't re-veg. Pain in the ass but I knew when she needed water, I knew the night before

I grow in nursery pots not grow bags, I use growbags out of doors but not inside under lights, to bulky to move around and hard to get a good drainage after watering, but here is a trick I use, I stick my index finger in the dirt up to my middle knuckle if its dry you can water, lift your bag after watering remember how heavy it is? When it's light and not heavy like you just watered you can water and or feed again, I just go by the weight of my pots when they get light I water, here is a pic of a little unknown autoflower note how leaves are pointing up to the light? That's a happy seedling .

I cannot figure out what's wrong with this one the other one I posted a couple days ago is doing alot better now thanks to you guys. The other 9 are all looking really good I haven't done anything different with this one. Started with the middle tier and until yesterday. The leaves feel papery compared to all the other leaves on the other plants

sorry your leaves will not recover - nothing to worry about considering time left in flower (3 -4 weeks ?) at any rate your leaves are telling you that over feeding has happen (too much salts) consider stop feeding a just use water till harvest (or a tea, fish hydrate, ect) using fish hydrate relly help reduce excess salts, ect (look at Fish Shit or kelp4Less products are very good) you are in late flower (week 6-8) Plants look very good

The best way to prevent overwatering is leaving the top half of the solo cup around the seedling when its uppotted then water around the cup. Pull it off later
