Hi All,
Thanks for the add. Long time abuser, short time grower. This is my 4th season. I think every one I've done different and can understand the importance of keeping a grow log.
That being said.... (do I add this here?)
I germinated 6 of my seeds using the paper towel method. All grew well and had the root at about 1/2 inch over 4 days. I transferred them to Jiffy pellets on 4/1 putting a freezer bag over them as a green house. I put them on a window sill with no direct light during the day and put them in a dark cabinet overnight. 2 of them have sprouted and are now about 2 inches tall. The other 4 have still not shown up. The pellets are still pretty wet. Now I have them on the window sill (raining out) without the cover.
Any chance they can still sprout?
How cold is your window sill? If the jiffy pots are not ~75 degrees that may be your problem. Seeds like moist (not wet) warm temps. I use a heat mat set at 77-78 degrees and keep them warm 24/7.
