If you get a pack of seeds (fem) is it possible that one will finish a little longer than the others even though it looks like the same strain? Ex. 4 finish at week 9 and 1 finish at week 10?

Could be a lot further apart than that. If it's an stabilized cross it could vary greatly.

Sure it could. Plants are like people, and each is a little different. Plants will often keep flowering until they die if not given a chance to re-veg. Flowering can go on for a long time depending on personal preferences as well. I like them to finish fully, and there is a lot of variety even among the same strain.

What Jim said. Mine will give a great head high at 9 weeks and couch lock at 12-13 weeks. Better pain relief as well which is one reason I grow. Grow enough plants of the same strain and you'll get several different expressed phenos. I got some with black leaves and purple buds and others green this last grow. F4 generation on this cross and several different phenos every grow.
