So I have three one liter bottles of AN grow/bloom/micro. A few days ago I got a parcel in the mail that had 2 ona pucks that I ordered in it as well as AN sensi grow A & B which I wasn't charged for. Anyways i decided why not order the bloom as itll only be 40 bux for the two bottles.
So I've been using the g/m/b on two star ryder seedlings from dutch passion that are 3 weeks old. At the 2 week mark they both seemed to exhibit signs of potassium deficiency. I started giving them a solution of 105ppm at this point and they've stopped in progression in decifiency signs.
Yesterday I changed thier reservoirs and gave them fresh nutrient solution of four liters each. For one bucket I used the g/m/B at 1/4 strength and had a tds of 145ppm and a ph of 6.3. The other bucket I decided to try the sensi grow at 1/4 strength for a tds of 145ppm and a ph of 6.4. I changed to sensi of the plant that seemed to get the worst of the deficiency issue they both had, so the tips of its older leaves are more burned.
Long post short, I'm wondering first what the main difference of the two nutrient regiments are. Also is there a benifit of using one over the other?
I'm kind of doing a little experiment with this atm, right now the seedlings are each in thier own separate drip bucket system so the nuteient solutions they get are independent, but all of the other growing variables are nearly the same (water temp, light, %rh, temp, ph, tds (pretty close to the same)). I want to see which plant does better over the next 3 weeks as I'll be switching to using a main reservoir bucket feeding three plants and recycling the water back to it. I want to see whether the G/B/M plant or sensi grow A & B plant grows better overall. Then based on which one thrives I'll choose which regime to use. I'm just looking for anyone with some knowledge they could shed on me with the differences of them or even thier preference and why.
Thanks
