Shipping seeds internationally?

Hello everyone. I'm hoping someone here has had experience with this and can help me out. For context, I live in the United States and currently possess a medical card, however, I'm moving to Argentina closer to the end of this year. I grow indoors currently and want to continue my hobby while I'm there, but from what I've heard from the cannabis community in Argentina is that one of the biggest issues for growers out there is finding good seeds/strains. Now here's the interesting part, Argentina isn't a recreationally legal country, but medical marijuana was recently legalized. They have a program that issues medical cards which I qualify for although I'm not sure if this would help me when it comes to shipping seeds internationally. Has anyone shipped seeds out to a different country before? Eventually my plan is to start bonsai mothers of my favorite strains and use the clones so I don't have to rely on the shipping method. Any advice is appreciated, thank you.

As long as you have the medical card (issued in Argentina), possession and cultivation are legal, however I can't find anything about seeds (but you've got to get them from somewhere). I found some articles, but don't read the language well enough to decipher it. Might be a question for someone from the Argentinian embassy, or try and find a copy of the law.
