Shooting Powder Starting Time?

how do i know when to start shooting powder when are plants ready here are pics of my og kush they are 4 and1/2 weeks in flower thanks in advance.

After using it. I realized I Fucking hate the stuff.

Some strains it will make them foxtail like crazy and pop a shit ton of white hairs when your at 7 weeks.
I quit using the overpriced crap and started using Moab from Mad Farmer. Pretty much the same thing. Just cheaper.
