Dispensary- 4 letter word down here they are horrible
You mostly cannot buy ounces. Eighths are 60-65. Sometimes you can get a quarter of smalls for a hundred or a half for 200. But again, smalls. There isn't really a point in selling the top shelf in bulk because it will move.So what are they charging you for top shelf? Most place I’ve seen sell their 1/8th’s for crazy amounts, but once you get into oz’s, it become more reasonable. Actually, for anyone reading, what are your dispensaries selling top shelf oz’s for? I think I’m selling my buds too cheap. Lol
I mean yeah, black market prices are like that here too. It's doing fine. Just not something I feel like dealing with since I only buy as a stop gap these days and the difference in money is immaterial to me.425 is absurd coming from a legal state that rip people off that really need it...here its illegal and you def wont pay that for an 0z ..more like 200-300 max for good quality..i hope it stays illegal here cause it wont change all that much.people will b always buying through the black market than pay that .
Just want to re-up this over having the same damn conversation again, comfortable as that is.I will re-run this plate with only 3 lanes so the control can be better quantified.
I have video of this entire process in the can if anyone doubts the process.

Very interesting data point.
The notion that uv only raises thc is scientifically dubious to say the least. I think it's likely the people who say that are just wrong. Not just based on this data point, but it fits.
The only way this thc-exclusive claim would be true is if uvr8 only modulates thcas. I don't think that's true. I think it modulates the common precursor (cbga) by influencing the processes on that chemical's precursors. Whether it also influences the production of thcas idk, but i doubt it's exclusive. An explanation for why it doesn't raise cbd is it hasn't been tried with functional genes for both thcas and cbdas (in the papers this claim is based on). I would expect a plant without a functional thcas gene to either try something else (secondary sunblock processes being heightened) or suffer pretty badly under uv and burn off a lot of chemicals in its tissues.
I think a uv study on a 50/50 strain would yield another interesting data point.
Yes, or very near.At the end of this 45 minute dose, we will be at day 7. Do you think I timed the 2 weeks right?
You're never going to believe this, but i did some digging. This rabbit hole brought to you by haze + widow.
Is nobody going to comment on having an extremely clear positive result after six days?
I am almost to the point that I think we should be TLC testing daily to see if we can pick out the CBG being converted. I'm also interested to see when we start to develop CBN, so I may run this test past it's prime to see that result play out. At any rate, I'm taking daily samples now just in case we need to backtrack and see what happened.
