Should i begin the flowering

Wanting to know if the yellow hairs that are forming , do they mean i need to begin the flowering stage? She is a photoperiod feminized plant which is 5 1/2 months old. Can i continue it in vegative stage for a little longer or do i need to start its flowering stage????

The plant is showing that it is sexually mature. Ready to flip.

The way I understand it, you can keep her like that for quite a while

You don't actually 'need' to flower a photos. She can stay in veg indefinitely using 18/6. It's how retailgrowers get their clones.

It'll be about how big you want them to be before and during flowering. She might grow more than double in size through stretch.

Your saying that the plant will grow twice as tall and wide as it is now? I only have about two feet to go up and the plant is about 3 feet tall now

It depends on the strain, but a safe bet is double.

The stretch is in height, but you should also expect some extra width.

You could try LST, bending branches vertically to limit her height. Lots of info on youtube about doing it safely.

You could also consider doing a top to limit height.

Best example I can give are these. Left has had LST and 2 toppings and is a 2month old photos like yours. Right is a clone of 1month just left to grow, like yours is now. Next to each other they are the same height but the left one will yield a lot more while staying smaller.

LST Does that stand for limited space training. Thank you for the info. So i think i may have to start the flowering to prevent any problems from the light

One other questian if i may. Can i put , they are called "beneficial nematodes" in the pot for her incase some unwanted guesses should show up

Low Stress Training. No leaves snipped, branches broken. Just a gentle bend.

You could ye, no harm in them. In that same boat is Diatomaceous Earth. People sprinkle it on top of the soil to keep pests out.

I prefer to use cinnamon though.
